Refund Policy

We do not allow refunds within 48 hours of the start of class for any reason, no exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable. We will allow date exchanges for any course that needs to be rescheduled within 48 hours. If you purchased in error, you will receive a full refund right away by texting the business number within 2 hours of scheduling; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited after 2 hours has past. Before 48 hours you will receive the amount owed after the deposit has been deducted within 48 hours. After 48 hour the full amount will not be refund. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email our team at admin@cprsupportservices.com or text us at 443-813-7632. Please note that the email communication is more reliable and includes appropriate timestamps.

We do not share or sell your information. The minimum age requirement is typically eight years old; however, parental consent is required for participants younger than this age. Training will be obtained from a certified provider, such as the American Heart Association (AHA), and recertification must adhere to the provider’s established guidelines. We are instructors certified by the American Heart Association, providing training and certification for individuals and organizations in both basic and advanced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). The personal information you are requested to provide, along with the purpose for collecting such information, will be clearly communicated to you at the time of request. Should you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, including your name, email address, phone number, the content of your message and/or any attachments, as well as any other information you choose to provide.
